How do you draw in your eyebrows?
- 3 min reading time
Do you have full eyebrows or do you have very thin eyebrows? In this blog you will read step by step how to create the perfect eyebrow, whether you go for natural or Instabrows!
Full eyebrows
If you are lucky enough to have beautiful full eyebrows, then there is not much more you need to do! All you need is an eyebrow pencil in the right color, or a brow pomade . The right color eyebrow product for you is a shade lighter than your own eyebrows. Except for blond hair, then go for a shade darker. This will give you the most natural end result. You will also need an eyebrow brush and brow gel .
Step 1
Use an eyebrow brush and brush all your hairs downwards. Once you have done that you will see exactly the top line of your brow. Use your eyebrow pencil or pomade to draw a line on the top of your eyebrow. Start softly at the inner part of your eyebrow and gradually make the line more intense until the end.
Then do the exact same thing at the bottom of your eyebrow. Brush your eyebrow hairs upwards first to get your bottom line in view.
Step 2
Next, brush your eyebrows into shape. After this, fill in your eyebrow with your eyebrow pomade or pencil. Do this very lightly for a natural look or go for the full Instabrow look!
Apply your product lightly to an angled brow brush and gently start at the inner part of your brow and gradually darken towards the tips of your brow.
Step 3
Your final step is to apply eyebrow gel or brow soap . This will give you a natural result and your look will last all day!

Thin eyebrows
Do you have less full eyebrows? Then drawing eyebrows is a little different. Often you have to draw a part so that you can create the ''perfect'' eyebrows. Use a product in the same color as your own eyebrows. Use a brow pomade for this, with this you can draw the tightest lines.
Step 1
Apply the brow pomade with an angled brow brush. Do this in tight lines. First at the top, then at the bottom. Follow the line of your eyebrows well and, if you want to make them look longer than they are, extend them beyond the end. Do this at the top and bottom until there is a point where the 2 lines cross, that is your end point. Then fill in the lines with brow pomade. Once you have done that, you have the base of your new and improved brow!
Step 2
After this, continue filling in the middle part of your eyebrow. Don't apply too much product here, because a lot of hairs grow here too. Make sure you fill it in naturally, by drawing in some hairs yourself. You do this by simply drawing some vertical lines. Don't do this too much at the beginning of your eyebrow and gradually add more towards the outside, until the tip of your eyebrow is completely filled in.
Step 3
Finally, apply eyebrow gel or brow soap . Be careful not to go outside the lines of your eyebrows. This will make the lines less sharp and will look much less natural.
