How to use
- Take one tablespoon of mouthwash into your mouth.
- Swish the oil around your mouth, between your teeth and over your gums for 5 to 20 minutes.
- Spit the oil into the trash can (not down the sink to prevent blockages).
- Rinse your mouth with water afterwards.
