The Kiss Magnetic Eyeliner is a black eyeliner with a magnetic effect. Thanks to this liner, your Kiss Magnetic lashes immediately stay in place and you no longer need eyelash glue! You apply the eyeliner, let it dry for a while and then you easily and quickly apply your lashes and you're done!
