Carefully pull these apart.
Apply the strip to the area you want to remove hair and rub firmly in the direction of hair growth.
Hold your skin taut with one hand and use the other to remove the strip in one quick, smooth motion. Pull it loosely against the direction of hair growth.
Reuse this strip as long as it sticks.
