The Numbuzin No. 5 Vitamin-Niacinamide Concentrated Pad is your secret to radiant, even-toned skin! This powerful pad toner is infused with brightening ingredients like niacinamide, glutathione, and vitamin C, which work together to even out your skin tone and visibly reduce the appearance of dark spots.
The pads are enriched with moisturizing panthenol, mushroom extract and exfoliating PHA and LHA, which not only hydrate your skin, but also give it elasticity and gently remove dead skin cells.
