The Numbuzin No.1 Pure-full Calming Herb Toner is designed to effectively soothe the skin and restore the balance between water and oil. Enriched with natural extracts of Houttuynia Cordata, Cica and licorice root, this toner ensures smooth and hydrated skin. With its light texture and low pH tested for non-comedogenicity with an irritation level of 0.0, this formula offers a gentle approach to purifying the skin.
After cleansing, as the first step of your skincare routine, take an appropriate amount of the product on a cotton pad or in your hand.
Apply in the direction of your skin texture and gently pat it into the skin until completely absorbed.
