The B.Lab Matcha Hydrating Facial Toner is a gentle but effective toner that removes excess oil and sebum.
This matcha toner is formulated with 47.5% green tea that is rich in vitamin C and vitamin E. The toner provides the skin with abundant moisture, helps with skin aging and protects against free radical damage. In addition, it helps regulate sebum production.
This watery toner is hypoallergenic and also suitable for sensitive skin
