Apply the eyeliner to the base of the upper lash line.
Let dry.
Tip! : Do not shake the eyeliner and store the eyeliner horizontally, not with the tip down. Make sure to keep the eyeliner tightly closed when you keep it!

Dit was precies de soort glitter eyeliner waar ik al een poos naar op zoek was. Het heeft een dunne kwast dus perfect voor een dunne lijn boven mijn zwarte eyeliner. Tip: doe deze glitter eyeliner op nadat je je zwarte eyeliner op hebt gedaan, dan kunnen ze allebei tegelijk opdrogen. De glitter eyeliner droogt niet heel snel op nl maar verder erg tevreden met dit product.
