How to use:
As an eyeshadow primer:
Apply the primer to your eyelid with your finger or a brush.
Blend in from the lash line to the brow bone.
Use under your eyes as a base for your concealer.
Apply your favorite eye shadow.
As eye shadow:
Take a small amount of eyeshadow on an eyeshadow brush.
You can apply multiple layers.
Wait 1 minute for the eyeshadow to dry.
