Not bad I tried it once and it did make my teeth very sensitive, the results were not that bad or good. I left it on for 30 minutes and my teeth got 5% whiter.

Fijn product, na een paar dagen waren mijn tanden aanzienlijk witter geworden. Ook maakt het de tanden niet gevoelig dus dat is heel fijn.
Het enige wat wel echt vervelend is, is dat wanneer je de strips verwijderd, de plaklaag achterblijft en dat is best een dikke laag. Goed poetsen en spoelen erna is belangrijk! Dus echt "no the go" vind ik het niet.
