You can wear the Ultimate Glow Shots separately, but also over your favorite eyeshadow or as a highlighter!
Make sure the desired amount is on the applicator.
Then apply the liquid eyeshadow, using small and short movements with the flat side of the applicator.
To smooth out any hard edges, use your finger with gentle tapping motions.
Let the eyeshadow dry.
